The process from initial inquiry to signing a Franchise Agreement typically takes 30-90 days, but can be as quick as a couple of weeks. From signing the agreement to opening your boutique usually takes 4-6 months, depending on location selection and build-out time.
You will pay half of the initial franchise fee ($20,000) at signing, with the remaining balance due after securing funding or a lease agreement. This amount is refundable if funding or a lease agreement cannot be secured.
