Step 1: Introduction to Mainstream
Your journey begins by submitting the "Apply Now" web form on our website. Once received, we’ll schedule an introductory call to discuss your goals and provide an overview of the Mainstream Boutique Franchise Opportunity. During this call, we’ll cover expectations, territory, initial investment, and introduce the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). After this call, you will complete a formal application and prepare for the FDD review before moving to Step 2.
Step 2: Interviews
Our live video interviews are designed to ensure we are a great fit for each other. You will have the opportunity to meet and interview with 2-3 members of our home office team, including representatives from Store Operations and our Chief Operating Officer (COO). These interviews allow us to understand your vision and passion for the business and provide you with insight into our team and operations.
Step 3: Franchise Award and Agreement Signing
Once we’ve determined that you are a strong fit for the Mainstream family, and you’ve decided that Mainstream is the right partner to help you achieve your personal and professional goals, we will award you a franchise. At this stage, we will officially sign the franchise agreement and collect 50% of the initial franchise fee, making your franchise ownership official!
Step 4: Real Estate and Onboarding
Now the excitement begins! Shortly after signing the agreement, we will engage our national real estate partner, SVN International, to help you identify and secure a lease agreement in a prime location. Before finalizing the lease, our construction and onboarding team will step in to support store design, manage construction and permitting coordination, review construction bids, schedule training, and ensure you have all the necessary tools and support for a successful opening.
Step 5: Grand Opening
The day your dreams come true has arrived - your Grand Opening day! Our Store Operations and Marketing teams will work with you and local authorities to create a memorable event that marks the beginning of your exciting journey with Mainstream Boutique. Together, we’ll ensure your grand opening is a resounding success, setting the stage for a thriving boutique business.
