Owning a Mainstream Boutique isn't a part-time passion. We're looking for owners who are committed to rolling up their sleeves and being a hands-on presence in their store and community. If you aren't ready to fully invest your time and energy into empowering women through fashion and building a lasting brand, Mainstream Boutique might not be the right opportunity for you.
After submitting the "Apply Now" web form, we'll schedule an introductory call to discuss your goals and provide an overview of the Mainstream Boutique Franchise Opportunity, including expectations, territory, initial investment, and the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which we will send to you after this call. Following this call, you'll complete the formal application and prepare for the FDD review before proceeding to Step 2.
Our live video interviews are a chance for us to get to know you better and ensure that we are a great fit for each other. You will have the opportunity to interview with 2-3 members of our home office team, spanning various functions such as Store Operations and our Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Once we've determined that you are a strong fit for the Mainstream family, and you've determined that Mainstream is the right partner to help you achieve your personal and professional goals, we will award you a franchise. This is when we will officially sign the franchise agreement and collect 50% of the initial franchise fee, making everything official!
Now the excitement begins! Shortly after signing the agreement, we will engage our national real estate partner, SVN International. They will assist you in identifying and securing a lease agreement in a fantastic location. Before finalizing the lease, our construction and onboarding team will step in. They will provide support for store design, manage construction and permitting coordination, review construction bids, schedule training, and ensure that you have all the necessary tools and support for a successful opening.
The day your dreams come true has arrived - your Grand Opening day! Our Store Operations and Marketing teams will collaborate with you and the local authorities to make this day unforgettable. We will work together to create a memorable event that marks the beginning of your exciting journey with Mainstream Boutique.
